Hello lovely readers! Us girls are back in action after not having a Style Match entry for awhile. This entry would be special though. Since Halloween is coming soon, we decided to match items according to different themes in case any of you girls out there need inspiration for a subtle (and cost saving!) halloween outfit which can of course, be restyled with other items in your closet. Here is what we came up with :
Think old hollywood glamour for this outfit. The fur is a definite must for this! This outfit goes great with killer stilletos or heels. Put on a cloche hat and the only thing left to add sparks to this outfit is a long thin cigar and an elegant posture.
This 3 piece set isn't really a Halloween outfit. It is a different thing however, when styled with accessories. Add on bunny ears and a fluffy tail to still look cute. We love how the furry pouch seems to compliment the outfit so bring it along for trick-or-treatin' and you're bound to be the cutest bunny round the block.
This was one of our first ideas! :D Try to keep it simple underneath the fur vest and let the vest do the talking. Matched with a fedora, this look can be completed with short ankle booties or thigh highs. Remember to stay within a color theme to prevent yourself from looking 'overdone'.
Need we say more? This outfit is a classic and we love how simple the pieces are -- Staples in the wardrobe. A bright fire engine red cardigan complements the dark shade of navy (skirt) so one wouldn't look overdone, or underdressed. With a change of accessories, one can also turn from a sailor girl to a school girl instantly so if you're celebrating Halloween at two different places, you get to be two different characters!
